What makes this series stand out is that when you think things will turn around, things just keep ka-chunking down further... and you are left saying OMG, will anything ever go their way. And you think, it can't get any worse and it ALWAYS does....get worse. Very nicely done. Also, I like that the women in this series aren't introduced with a description of how beautiful and lanky and strong they are. The women stand on their behavior and inner strength and their amount of camaraderie and what they give to the fight. It's a breath of fresh air having women .... that are real people and have merit that goes beyond looks. Thanks guys, wonderful and my latest favorite series.... :)Product details

Awesome realism, and characters. Cannot wait to get the next book. The undead here are the things of nightmares, keeping the mission and story moving so fast. Couldn't hardly put it down.
The best series of this genre I have read. Fast paced, well written, rich characters. Everything you want in a zombie series.
Jus knocked out omnibus 2, loving these set pieces set up for such on edge reading, the "Zombie Storm" battle aboard the JFK was epic...
This is different than any of the other dystopian novels that I have read. It kills people off on a pretty fast clip. but the people you care about are fully developed. I am now on Arisen 7 moving to Arisen 8.
Just finished reading this, the 6th episode of the series. Action filled with just enough intriguing characters to hold you interested. Outstanding post approclytical series.
More fun and adventure in the Arisen ZA. Relentless tension, loads of entertaining & violent action, engaging characters, cliffhanger after cliffhanger plot, and a smidgen of romance, are on display in this world-spanning continuation of the Arisen adventure. A must read for any ZA enthusiast.
This whole series is the most incredible collection I have read in a long time. Non-stop action and events that you just can't believe. No punches are held back and major characters could bite the dust anytime. Definitely "edge of your seat" reading. Particularly like that the series is as long as it is...I have loved knowing there was more as each book ended...will hate when I actually reach the end.
